EXCHANGE POLICY

We have a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start an exchange, you can contact us at movaliyaneel5@gmail.com. Please note that items for exchange must be sent to the following address: [INSERT YOUR ADDRESS].

Customers are responsible for paying ₹100 shipping charges for exchange.

Once your exchange request is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent without prior request will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.

NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS

Certain types of items cannot be exchanged, such as:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care goods (beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept exchanges on sale items or gift cards.

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Exchange is allowed only once per order

  • No returns or refunds are available under any circumstances

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

PROCESSING TIME

Once we receive and inspect your item, we will process your exchange within 5–7 business days and dispatch the replacement product.
